Travel Consultants Limited have been specializing in Business and First Class Flights since December 2003. In February 2006, Travel Consultants formed an association with Cleveland Travel Limited which with the well known Africa Travel has been operating as an upmarket travel market operator for over 25 years. Cleveland Travel Limited holds an ATOL licence No 3384. With our Business Class Flights .com site, we focus exclusively on Business and First Class Travel whilst Cleveland Travel is a full service travel agency which has been in existence since 1981.

3. Question 3

Date changes are allowed on some tickets, subject to airline rules for the ticket. There is usually also a fee associated with all changes. The fee amount depends on the itinerary and airline in question. Certain changes may constitute a re-issue of the ticket instead of a change, which carries associated penalties. Most of our tickets are refundable subject to a cancellation fee. In cases where we are unable to offer flexibility in case of an unexpected change in travel plans, we communicate this upfront to customers to enable them to factor this into their purchasing decision. We can usually offer the same itinerary at both a refundable and non-refundable fare to give customers the option of choosing flexibility over additional savings and vice-versa.

4. Question 4

Cleveland Travel Limited hold ATOL number 3384. Your payment is, therefore, fully protected. Booking with us is not only usually cheaper than booking directly with the airline but also your payment is ATOL protected. We accept most credit and charge cards and can consider opening corporate accounts for companies who book their business and first class flight requirements through us.
